Hoe werkt het ?

Stap 1) Maak het voorschot voor het inschrijfgeld (300 Euro) over op rekening nr. 40 02 19 069 op naam van
           Stichting SBO (ABN Amro - Kerkdriel)

           Voor buitenlandse betalingen : IBAN NL70ABNA0400219069  en BIC ABNANL2A

Stap 2) Vul onderstaand formulier correct in en druk op 'verzenden'.

Stap 3) Je inschrijving wordt na ontvangst bevestigd en de nodige inschrijfformulieren worden toegezonden.
