Inschrijfgeld / Subscription
Het inschrijfgeld van 600 Euro/team omvat / The subsciption of 600 Euro/team includes :
- Verzekering / Insurance
- Transponder + houder / Transponder for time-measurement + transponder holder
- Startnummers / Starting number (stickers) for the scooter
- Administratie en inschrijving / Administration and entrance fee for participation
- Verrassing / Surprise
Enkele tips van ervaren deelnemers / Some ideas from experienced drivers :
- Zorg voor een goede conditie en voldoende slaap voor het evenement.
Make sure that you are fysically well and take enough sleep before the event.
- Een reserve racepak, helm, handschoenen en laarzen is bij slechte weersomstandigheden altijd handig
Spare leathers, helmet, gloves and boots are allways welcome during bad weather conditions
- Goede communicatie is belangrijk voor de wedstrijd. Zorg dat iedereen weet wat zijn of haar taak is.
Good communication is very important during the race. Make sure that everyone in the team knows what to do.
- Zorg voor een 'runner': iemand die bij het inrijden van de pits de scooter naar de box duwt en weer tot aan het oprijden van de baan. Rijden is absoluut verboden in het rennerskwartier.
Have one person as a 'runner': pushing the scooter from the track to the box and to the beginning of the track again. Absolutely no driving allowed in the pits.
- Bespreek vooraf hoe aan de rijder wordt aangegeven wanneer er gewisseld moet worden of hoe een rijder kan aangeven als er problemen zijn.
Talk about how to warn a driver to change and how a rider can warn the crew when there are problems with the scooter.
- Duid één iemand aan als teamleider
Take one person as leader of the team
- Zorg voor voldoende reserveonderdelen, ook dingen wat je niet verwacht dat stuk zal gaan.
Make sure that you have enough spare parts, also things that you don't expect to be broken after some hours.
