Yamaha Aerox 70cc start problem

Currently i have a project 70cc with yamaha aerox 2013.
Here are the specs:
S6 Streetrace 70cc
S6 HPC 10mm
RMS SKF bearing and seal
Leovince TT (no restrictors, going to buy Yasuni C10)
Dellorto 17.5mm - 92Main, 38 Pilot
Polini double layer filter
Motoforce Airbox
Polini belt 16,8mm
Polini 3G EVO (blue spring)
Yasuni Axial (5.4G rollers)
Derestricted manifold
Malossi reed pedals
Hard red contra spring
RMS clutch bell.

So basicaly, i did a rebuilt and i have done a run in of 300km. Now i adjusted the carb and everything, but i have problem that when the engine is cold, soo in the morning it takes like 20-30 kicks for it to start becuse on the electric start doesnt work on cold, when its hot then it take like 10kicks or like 10seconds on the electric start. What could it be, also its electric choke from Dell'Orto.

92main seems a bit big, had simular problems with a to big main. A few sizes smaller and the problem was gone. But look at you sparkplug color, that should be coffee with milk.
